Nothing is as it seems ..."Nothing is as it seems"   
The winter break had already started. Most of the students have gone home to spend the holidays with their families. Hogwarts turned almsot dead for these times…  Severus Snape got bored while corrrecting testpapers. He stood up, stretched, then, by a sudden idea, decided to take a walk.  - This silence is wonderful… - he said to himself, as he couldn’t hear anything apart from his own steps.  At least for a while…

Sirius Black grinned as several younger students near the front of the Great Hall turned toward the sound in shock, revealing themselves as first-years, those unfortunate souls who did not yet know of the Marauders. The amazingly handsome, intelligent, and loud Marauders. Smirking, Sirius ran a hand through his hair, enjoying the effect it had on some of the female first-years, and sauntered toward the Gryffindor table, where a hand had shot up and was waving frantically.

About Harry Potter Writers
This club is for writers and readers of Harry Potter fanfiction. It serves as a tool to find the best HP fanfiction at dA and to connect to other fanfic writers and readers. The club will conduct challenges and competitions--stay tuned for those announcements.

Our HP Fanfic Directory
Our members' fanfics and poems are listed in a directory, with direct links to the original deviation. Fanfics and poems are listed in the directory by the following categories: Short Stories, Chapter Stories, and Poetry. We also have a directory by ship. We need your fics ot fill out our directory, so join us today!

Our Gallery
Fanfics submitted to the club are added to the club's gallery in the following manner. The whole work is not entered. For short stories and chapter stories, just a summary or the first paragraph of the fic and the link to the original deviation will appear in the gallery. Poems are represented in the gallery by a preview image and/or a descriptive paragraph and the link to the original deviation. This way, visitors to the club's gallery will vistit your deviation page and comment and favourite there.

Rules
The rules are pretty simple for the club, but everyone is expected to follow them.

:bulletpurple: Only submit your work. If you submit work that belongs to someone else, then you and all your work will be removed from the club's gallery and directory, and you will be reported.

:bulletpurple: Support your fellow writers. Offer constructive and helpful feedback when you can.

Please also note that correct spelling, punctuation, and grammar are required. If your submission lacks in one of these areas, a club moderator will offer advice and/or assistance in resolving this problem. If you have any questions, please send us a note.
